By booking or participating in any activity at Rage n Splatter, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Waiver
All participants must complete and sign a waiver before taking part.

Age Requirements

Rage Room

• Participants must be 11 years or older.
• Participants aged 11–13 years must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver.
• Participants aged 11–13 years must be accompanied on the premises by a parent or legal guardian throughout their visit.

Paint Splatter Room

• Participants aged 3 years and over are welcome.
• Participants aged 3–13 years must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver.
• Participants aged 3–13 years must be accompanied on the premises by a parent or legal guardian throughout their visit.
• Children aged 3–7 years may only participate in designated family sessions with a parent or legal guardian taking part.

1. Participants must follow all instructions given by Rage n Splatter staff at all times.
2. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
3. Closed-toe shoes must be worn for all activities. Participants must wear all safety equipment provided and use it correctly throughout the session.
4. Anyone who is pregnant, has a heart condition, epilepsy, recent surgery, significant injuries, or any medical condition that could make participation unsafe should not take part without first seeking appropriate medical advice.
5. Participants acknowledge that Rage Room and Paint Splatter activities involve inherent risks. By signing the waiver, participants accept these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
6. Deliberate damage to the building, fixtures, safety equipment, or any area outside the designated activity space may result in the session being stopped immediately. Participants may be held responsible for the reasonable cost of repairs or replacement.
7. Abuse, threatening behaviour, unsafe conduct, or failure to follow staff instructions or safety rules will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.
8. Rage n Splatter accepts no responsibility for loss of or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.
9. Bookings are non-transferable unless agreed by management. 
10. Bookings are non refundable. Bookings can be rescheduled up to 24hours before booking.
11. Staff reserve the right to refuse entry, refuse participation, or end any session immediately if they believe it is unsafe to continue.
12. By entering the premises and participating in any activity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and all applicable safety requirements.
